How do you charge for copies?
Enjoy quality colour copies from just 5p per copy and black and white copies from an unbeatable 1p per copy. This inclusive pricing covers the machine, maintenance, labour, and toner.
Are there any minimum monthly charges?
You are only charged your minimum copies per month for your chosen package. For example if you are on the click charge rate of 1000 - 7500 copies per month, your minimum charge will be 1000 colour copies = £100.00. All including your maintenance, support, toners, machine and of course your 1000 copies. Your minimum copies do not roll over to the next month but if you go into the next tier package you will automatically be charged at that rate for any extra copies you produce, so the more copies you do the cheaper the click charge.
Do you offer any other Rental packages?
Yes. We have a variety of Printer rental options designed to suit your needs. Costs for this start from £80 per month, with 6p per colour print and 1p per B&W print with no minimum copy charge.

Do you offer a purchase option with or without a maintenance?
We are happy to sell a machine and can offer a maintenance agreement which includes all the benefits of our normal rental services or you can pay for time and material basis if preferred. We offer low cost purchase and you will find we are much cheaper than any other dealer in the UK.

In case of a breakdown, our 4-hour call-out ensures a rapid response from 9 am to 5 pm. Need assistance beyond office hours? We've got you covered. We offer out of hours response. With all rentals if we can’t fix it or you have a problematic machine, we replace it promptly at no extra cost.

What if I don't know what kind of copier I need?

What geographical area do you cover?
Our engineers cover a large geographical footprint. Our focus is on Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Wiltshire. Unlike some other firms, we want to be realistic about our services and aim to get to our customers as soon as possible should they need us. Keeping to these counties ensures we continue to deliver top service standards to all of our happy customers.
Our company has an old machine from a different vendor, are you able to support it?
We are happy to offer support to machines up to 10 years old, (even the ones we have not supplied and installed), parts, toner and paper are also all available.
The 10 year cap is in place as quite often manufacturers stop making the parts. Some components however are interchangeable from newer machines so it's always worth a phone call to see if we can help for the 10+ years machines.
